A theatre company is in the middle of rehearsing the Broadway musical, Chicago, when their lead actress is murdered in the weeks leading up to opening night.

Was it the jealous understudy? Could it have been the drunken arts director? Maybe it was the shady janitor?

Lust, jealousy, murder and all that jazz.

The performers struggle to pull the show together while they all know there is a murderer amongst them. Will the killer be caught? Will justice be served?
